除塵器,用于捕集、分(fen)離懸浮于空(kong)氣或氣體中粉塵粒(li)子的設備,也稱(cheng)收塵器。由于含塵氣流進入較大空(kong)間速度突然降低,使塵粒(li)在自身重(zhong)力(li)作用下與(yu)氣體分(fen)離的一(yi)種重(zhong)力(li)除塵裝置。我們(men)稱(cheng)重(zhong)力(li)除塵。
袋(dai)式(shi)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi):是一種干式(shi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)塵(chen)(chen)裝置。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料使用一段(duan)時間后,由(you)于篩(shai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)、碰撞、滯留、擴散、靜電等(deng)效(xiao)應(ying),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋(dai)表面積聚(ju)(ju)了一層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen),這層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)稱為初(chu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),在此以(yi)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)運動過程中,初(chu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)成(cheng)了濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),依(yi)靠初(chu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用,網孔(kong)較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料也能獲(huo)得較高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)效(xiao)率(lv)。隨著粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積聚(ju)(ju),除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)率(lv)和(he)阻(zu)(zu)力都相應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)增加(jia),當濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料兩側(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓力差(cha)很(hen)大時,會把有些已(yi)附著在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)細小塵(chen)(chen)粒擠壓過去,使除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)效(xiao)率(lv)下(xia)降(jiang)。另外,除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)力過高會使除塵(chen)(chen)系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)風量顯著下(xia)降(jiang)。因此,除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)力達到一定數值(zhi)后,要及時清灰(hui)。清灰(hui)時不能破壞初(chu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),以(yi)免效(xiao)率(lv)下(xia)降(jiang)。
脈(mo)沖(chong)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi):當含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體由進(jin)(jin)(jin)風(feng)口(kou)(kou)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi),碰(peng)到進(jin)(jin)(jin)出風(feng)口(kou)(kou)中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)的(de)(de)擋板(ban),氣(qi)流(liu)流(liu)入(ru)(ru)灰斗(dou),速度(du)(du)放(fang)慢,由于慣性作(zuo)用,使氣(qi)體中(zhong)(zhong)粗顆粒粉塵(chen)(chen)直接(jie)流(liu)入(ru)(ru)灰斗(dou),起預收塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用。進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)灰斗(dou)的(de)(de)氣(qi)流(liu)向(xiang)上通過(guo)(guo)濾袋(dai)(dai)粉塵(chen)(chen)被捕集(ji)在(zai)濾袋(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)外表面,凈氣(qi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)濾袋(dai)(dai)室(shi)(shi)上部清潔室(shi)(shi),匯(hui)集(ji)到出風(feng)口(kou)(kou)排出。凈化的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),要控制阻力在(zai)一定范(fan)圍內(nei)(140--170毫米水(shui)柱(zhu)),超過(guo)(guo)范(fan)圍須對濾袋(dai)(dai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)清灰:清灰時(shi)由脈(mo)沖(chong)控制儀順序觸發各(ge)(ge)控制閥開(kai)啟脈(mo)沖(chong)閥,氣(qi)包(bao)內(nei)的(de)(de)壓縮空氣(qi)由噴(pen)吹(chui)管各(ge)(ge)孔(kong)經文氏(shi)管噴(pen)射到各(ge)(ge)相應的(de)(de)濾袋(dai)(dai)內(nei),濾袋(dai)(dai)瞬(shun)間(jian)急(ji)劇膨脹,使積(ji)附在(zai)濾袋(dai)(dai)表面的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)脫落,濾袋(dai)(dai)恢復(fu)初始狀態。由此使積(ji)附在(zai)濾袋(dai)(dai)上的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)周期(qi)地脈(mo)沖(chong)噴(pen)吹(chui)清灰,使凈化氣(qi)體正(zheng)常通過(guo)(guo),保(bao)證除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)系統運行(xing)(xing)。脈(mo)沖(chong)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)是在(zai)袋(dai)(dai)式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)基礎上改進(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)新型(xing)高效脈(mo)沖(chong)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi),綜合了(le)分室(shi)(shi)反吹(chui)各(ge)(ge)種脈(mo)沖(chong)噴(pen)吹(chui)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)優(you)點,克服了(le)分室(shi)(shi)清灰強(qiang)度(du)(du)不夠,進(jin)(jin)(jin)出風(feng)分布不均等缺點,擴大了(le)應用范(fan)圍。

旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器:含(han)塵(chen)氣(qi)流沿切線方向(xiang)進入筒(tong)體做(zuo)螺旋(xuan)形旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)運動(dong),在離(li)心力(li)作用下將塵(chen)粒分離(li)和(he)捕(bu)集的除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器。旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器的各個(ge)部件都有一定的尺寸(cun)比例(li),每一個(ge)比例(li)關系的變動(dong),都能影響(xiang)旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器的效率和(he)壓力(li)損失,其中除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器直(zhi)徑、進氣(qi)口尺寸(cun)、排氣(qi)管直(zhi)徑為主要影響(xiang)因(yin)素(su)。
濕式除塵器:借含(han)塵氣體與(yu)液滴或液膜的接觸(chu)、撞擊(ji)等(deng)作(zuo)用。使塵粒(li)從氣流中(zhong)分(fen)離出(chu)來的設備。先是利(li)用高(gao)壓離心風機(ji)的吸(xi)力,把(ba)含(han)塵氣體壓到裝有(you)一定(ding)高(gao)度水的水槽中(zhong),水浴會把(ba)一部分(fen)灰塵吸(xi)附在(zai)水中(zhong)。經均布分(fen)流后,氣體從下往上流動,而高(gao)壓噴頭則(ze)由上向(xiang)下噴灑水霧,捕集剩余部分(fen)的塵粒(li)。
